These Terms of Service govern your use of arsamoment.com and purchases from ARSA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
We try to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

Orders and payment
An order is a request to purchase. We may confirm, reject, or cancel an order when necessary, including for stock, pricing, or information errors. Payment is collected by Cash on Delivery unless another method is shown at checkout.

Delivery
We deliver in Bangladesh through courier services. Typical delivery is 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 5–7 days outside Dhaka. Shipping charges are calculated after the order based on the delivery address and are payable by the customer.

Inspection and returns
Customers must inspect products in front of the delivery person. Returns are accepted immediately through the delivery person for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or change-of-mind orders. The customer bears the shipping charge in all cases. See our Return and refund policy for details.
